Cancellations
. Bookings must be cancelled 2 days in advance.
. Any amendments in the booking, must require 24 hrs. written notice or one night charges will apply.
. The full amount wil be charged of original reservation for any late cancellations and no shows.

For bookings more than two nights, a non refundable charges for minimum 2 nights stay will be taken.
For one night booking, a minimum non refundable charge for over night stay will be taken.
Non refundable charges will be applicable for one night. For more than one night bookings, we will charge a non-refundable amount for minimum 2 nights
There are non-smoking rooms available.
Very flexible regarding late arrivals upto 12:00pm.
Sorry no pets are allowed.
Please make transportation arrangements of your own. We donot provide pick & drop services. We can assist you to arrange local cab at a minimum cost to and from the destination.

We run a number of sites and our sister sites are two apartments both only 5 minutes from the main site, they are purpose built to guesthouse standard and we have additional basic rooms located here, depending upon availability you may be accommodated at any one of our sites.
As we run 3 sites it is vital you call us so we can be at the right site to greet you and welcome you, failure to call us upon arrival will result in no one to let you in and we will consider the reservation as no show and you will be debited one nights stay.

Any bookings that exceed 150GBP will be pre-authorised beforehand to prevent any card fraud or incorrect entry.
